Gregg was great, he had to solve getting parts by contacting multiple dealerships for them. Technicians also were good. I do like the video of the inspection. I would not recommend BMW Sarasota to any out of state buyer. The whole process too for ever. All communications went thru one person and he was always busy. Also, the certified used car they sold me had buyer. The whole process too for ever. All communications went thru one person and he was always busy. Brooke did not listen carefully as I described the suspension problem, did not know the type of suspension my car had, and was very difficult to communicate with, not returning calls and unable for te suspension problem, did not know the type of suspension my car had, and was very difficult to communicate with, not returning calls and unable for telephone staff to reach her. I had such a bad experience, as soon as we returned home to Michigan, I traded the BMW for a Volvo. The Volvo dealership in Sarasota is very responsive…they make a customer feel important. More
