Pleasant experience with getting two tires replaced from picking up a screw in one tire and sharp object in another, changed the oil while there. Derek took care of my services and others were all professional from the greater to the cashier and lot man bringing my car to me upon completion. $1,200 for two tires but BMW's price was only $30 more per tire, and I would rather have their techs do the install than some tire shop with the wrong equipment.
