Service Advisor told me I needed 2 new tires after only 21000 miles driven on the car. I told him that seemed odd since I hardly drive the car. I asked him if there is a warranty on the tires and he said 21000 miles driven on the car. I told him that seemed odd since I hardly drive the car. I asked him if there is a warranty on the tires and he said “no” and that tires wear sooner in the Florida weather (blah blah blah). Went home and researched and found out that there is in fact a manufacturer warranty on the tires up to 45,000 miles. Feel like the Service Advisor was trying to pull something over to n me and sell me tires that are covered by a warranty. Sleazy!!!! More
