Always a good experience getting my car serviced at BMW of Sarasota. Original owner of a 2015 328i, so this review is for "Long Haul Owners." This is the first time my car has been serviced since all prepa of Sarasota. Original owner of a 2015 328i, so this review is for "Long Haul Owners." This is the first time my car has been serviced since all prepaid service and BMW warranties expired, and nothing bad to report, just normal servicing, so my bill was reasonable. My service advisor whose been taking care of my vehicle for about 3 years was great, even pointing me in the direction of a 3 year oil change deal which I loved. I'm planning on another few years with this car. And I believe the only way of making sure I enjoy the last 3 as much as the first, I'm taking it to BMW of Sarasota! More

Great service as sent me home in an Uber as routine inspection and oil change would take two hours. Service sent me a detailed video of the inspection, very impressive.
