Unscheduled service visit Despite not having an appointment when my tire pressure light indicated a problem I drove to Sarasota BMW for service. They diagnosed the problem,realized they didn't have the replacement tire in stock, ordered it immediately, gave me a loaner car to use, and fixed the problem so that I could pick up my car later in the day. It was smooth, no hassle service. More

Efficient Our usual rep Carlos set us up as we requested a Saturday appointment. He left us in the capable hands of Valentina. We dropped our car off for servic Our usual rep Carlos set us up as we requested a Saturday appointment. He left us in the capable hands of Valentina. We dropped our car off for service and was told it would be ready in about 2-3 hours. We were not in any particular rush so the window was perfect as we had several errands to run in the area. We received a call 2.5 hours later from Valentina stating our car was ready. At pick up she greeted us warmly and called to have the car pulled up. We waited maybe a few minutes (just enough time to sign the paperwork) and we were on our way. This is the second time we have used the Saturday service and both time Carlos and Valentina have been very accommodating and efficient in their communication. More
