The Best Service Experience Imaginable The excellent service and people I encountered at BMW of Sarasota astounded me. The level of professionalism and the lengths that they went to ensure The excellent service and people I encountered at BMW of Sarasota astounded me. The level of professionalism and the lengths that they went to ensure the best service experience and repair cost was unbelievable. My 528i was issues occurring just months outside of the 5-year warranty. My service representative, Valentina Lizardi, consulted with the service team and they petitioned BMW to cover the repairs due to the low mileage on the vehicle. Valentina served as a customer advocate to me and incredible ambassador of the BMW brand. She also extended a promotional discount on the uncovered repairs, making the cost far less than what was quoted by other independent service shops specializing in German cars. I am extremely impressed by Valentina's professionalism and thoroughness. She returned texts on her day off, handled all aspect of the repairs and interactions with the manufacturer, and made arrangements for a complementary rental car. Valentina went above and beyond the expectations of any service professional, earning my loyalty, trust and rave reviews! She's not only a customer service professional, she's a truly kind and caring soul. A BMW genius, Chad Spellman, showed great patience and product knowledge revealing many features of the car that were previously unknown to me. Who knew all the cool bells and whistles? Other team members were cordial and helpful during the check in and car rental process. Anyone in need of BMW service or in the market for a BMW should absolutely go to BMW of Sarasota. That's the only place I will ever go for service or sales. Thank you for the great start to a New Year, and for the reminder that there are companies that place providing good service above profits and hire really great people to care for their customers. I had to leave the dealership to get replacement license in order to get a loaner. I called back and Carlos was at lunch but the service manager (Jack I believe) told me to come back and they took care of me. I was greeted by the best valet gentlemen and one woman (Jessica I believe). Jessica walked me through the process of getting the loaner and made sure I was comfy until the end. I love this place!
