I came in for a battery and was told I needed two. I agreed to a price quoted by Cruz the other guy, not Diego. I was given a Toyota Corolla as a loaner car. I never got notified the following day tha I agreed to a price quoted by Cruz the other guy, not Diego. I was given a Toyota Corolla as a loaner car. I never got notified the following day that my car was finished. I called and was informed. Then Cruz told me $1900 for the two batteries to be changed. I was quoted $1200 which is already absurd. Then we told me $1500 and only when I stated that I was given a quote before agreeing to the quote was it adjusted to the agreed $1200. Cruz was not in the office the day I picked up my car. So Diego helped me. I asked why my car was not washed and I was told it was and that it rained. I know it was not washed. Very poor experience and very absurd over priced repairs. 28 hours and $1200 to change two batteries. Unbelievable. Poor service all the way. More
