I live in New Jersey, and I made a trip to BMW of Sliv customers’ expectations! That’s exactly what my Client Advisor Desirea Jackson has done! I live in New Jersey, and I made a trip to BMW of Sliver Springs which is about 2-1/2 hours from my home. When I arrived, I was not only greeted, but I was made to feel that I was part of a family. Now this resonates with me because when I spend my money I want to feel like people care about the sale and they care about me. It was a flawless car buying experience Desirea really was hands on and spent the time showing all the features on my new 740i. She was just a really caring person and that made me feel reassured that I was making the correct purchase. To be honest she could have pushed me out the door and went onto the next sale, but I could feel in my very soul she truly wanted me to be happy and take care of me. It’s nice to know that Desirea was willing to go the extra mile to satisfy and please me.
