When I went to the BMW dealership in Silver Spring, I met Mr. Harold Shelby during the renovations of the main showroom. Since this was both my first time buying an EV and a BMW, Mr. Shelby provided me with some materials about the model and advised me to read it over and decide what I wanted. After a week, I returned to the dealership and submitted a deposit for my production number. Once the vehicle arrived, we arranged a time to meet at the dealership where he unveiled the car; it was quite an experience. After the test drive, he and Pedro Delgado went step-by-step through the vehicle setup and the service package. The car is more than impressive and what you would expect from BMW; however, the service provided by Harold Shelby is the kind that can make a difference when it comes to closing the sale. More
