On Saturday October 19th my 2021 M340i was scheduled for a 10:40 am appointment. We removed the summer performance tires and replaced them with new winter tires. It never fails when I take my car to BMW of west Chester pa. They always welcome me with a smile and I’m grateful to Bill Cosenza the service advisor who was more helpful and supportive than I was expecting. He was swamped with paperwork and he took the time to make sure that I was completely satisfied and comfortable with the process. Bill made sure to let me know how much longer and what’s going on.
