This is the fifth car I’ve purchased from BMW of West St. Louis, and every time the experience is top-notch. From the moment you walk in, they make the car-buying process seamless and enjoyable. Dave Ware is fantastic, treating us like family every time. Craig, the owner, personally greets customers, and Bob in finance closes deals without any pressure. Test drives are easy, and the entire team truly values their customers. If you want a dealership that gets it right, this is the place to go. More

They had a great selection of M cars and were actually referred by another St. Louis dealer! Before I even walked in, I was approached by Mitchell, my client advisor. He was very knowledgeable about the referred by another St. Louis dealer! Before I even walked in, I was approached by Mitchell, my client advisor. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking for and followed up with a proposal same day. There was no pressure at all, from the sales process through the paperwork. Best experience purchasing a new car that I've had so far. I would highly recommend working with Mitchell and this dealership. More

Had a very good experience with Wendy Osterman and BMW of West St. Louis. Made an inquiry online, got a call to schedule a test drive. Liked the car so asked for an offer. Great communication throughout without being overbearing. Wendy was super responsive and had a warm personality. Buying a car can be an unpleasant experience, and working with some dealers can leave a bad taste in your mouth. Definitely not the case for me with this transaction. I feel comfortable recommending that you consider BMW of West St. Louis if you're in the market, and Wendy is an excellent client rep. More
For years my wife and I have been looking to purchase a BMW X7 at a local dealership less than 5 miles from my house. We stopped in several times over the years but were pretty much ignored y them and the BMW X7 at a local dealership less than 5 miles from my house. We stopped in several times over the years but were pretty much ignored y them and they never called us once. We decide to contact the 3 BMW dealerships in St. Louis which is about 50 miles away. Only Suntrup West St. Louis BMW called us back. We saw a 2023 X7 on their website we wanted. Unfortunately it had a deposit from another buyer. but they would search for us. Just 2 days later Mitchell Cain called me and asked if I would be interested in a 2025 if the price was right? My wife and I decided to give West St. Louis BMW a chance to gain our business. As I walked into the dealership I was greeted with friendly faces and a professional attitude from everyone and I could tell this was a dealership that put customer service first. I was introduced to Mitchell and instead of a hard sell he asked me about myself and my family. Only after learning about me did he start asking me what was important to my wife and I when it came to choosing the vehicle. I felt zero pressure. Just a salesman who had my interests first and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. My wife and I knew the exterior and interior colors but that was about it. When it came to choosing the options Mitchell walked me through each BMW package and what each feature did. Never once did Mitchell pressure me to select a specific package. He instinctively knew what features would suit my families lifestyle and steered us away from features that we didn’t need. While I was at the dealership the owner happened to be there and he came over to introduce himself (Craig Suntrup) and even took a photo with me. How many dealership owners take the time to greet a customer like that and take photos? Over the next few weeks I pestered Mitchell to no end with my phone calls and texts. Yes I said texts. Mitchell had given me his cell and told me to reach out anytime I had a question. I flip flopped so many times on which white paint color to select. Alpine or Mineral? Mitchell let me stand there and stare and compare both colors until I made a choice. To be honest Im still flip flopping over which white. Mitchell was always patient with me. Once my wife and I had decided on all the specifics, Mitchell started searching for our new car. Unfortunately the exact model we wanted was no where to be found in the local area or even 500 miles away. Now most salesmen would have pushed me to upgrade to another expensive add on just to sell a car on the lot. That’s not what happened. Mitchell and Suntrup wanted to ensure we got exactly the X7 we wanted. They said I should place an order from the factory. So that’s what we did, and then the excruciatingly long wait began. Actually it was only 4 weeks but it felt like forever because my wife and I were so excited. Our X7 arrived and we went in to do the paperwork. I was prepared for the hard sell on warranties and after market items. Mitchell and Suntrup do not do business that way. My wife and I went to see the business manager (Armin Hidic) and he wanted to get to know us first before doing any paperwork. He allowed my wife and I to decide what was best for us. Armin gave us plenty of time to go over every detail. Trust me when I say I asked at least 50 questions. The financing went smooth as silk. Big shout out to Armin. Just today I called the dealership with some questions and rather than rush me off the phone Armin spent time with me to make sure I was completely satisfied and that all my questions were answered. Even though there is a BMW dealership within 5 miles of my home I plan on taking my new car to Suntrup for all our servicing needs. I plan on telling all my friends about my wonderful experience and to make sure they ask for Mitchell Cain. Heck my wife and I might just decide to purchase another BMW :-) More
