From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Edin, we knew he was making recommendations based on what we needed in our vehicles. He and Linzie were fair in our negotiations and generally seemed like good, trustworthy people! In discussions with other dealerships, I've had salesmen try to take advantage of my trade in value, specifically, but Edin and the sales manager were fair from the start. My husband is a cynic by nature and even he was won over! I loved the special touch of the bow when we picked up our cars, and the time Edin spent with me going over the details and features of my car. We are thrilled with both cars and would highly recommend Edin and BMW of West St. Louis! More

I'm now on my 5th BMW leased from BMW of West St. Louis, and it is my 4th one that I've done with Brandon Giganti. As always, it is such a pleasure to work with Brandon. My most recent lease was the ultimate in ease - we worked out the deal entirely via text while I was flying on an airplane and using the free texting option. I don't think it's possible to have a better and easier experience leasing a car than that. Once I arrived back in town the final steps of completing the lease process went very smoothly - also as usual. I also love the special option they offer their customers when servicing my vehicles - complimentary pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle. This has been a huge added value to me when it is time for service. More
