I purchased a car (540xi) at BMW of Westlake from out-of-state back in January. The check engine light came on and my local BMW dealer was attempting to charge me for simply diagnosing the problem wh out-of-state back in January. The check engine light came on and my local BMW dealer was attempting to charge me for simply diagnosing the problem while the car was still under warranty. I called Brittaney for a second opinion. She looked up my car info. and took the time to explain possible causes of the “check engine” light coming on. She also reassured me that the causes she described should be covered under warranty without being charged for diagnosing the problem. My Sales experience was excellent with the team at the Middleburg branch and Brittaney’s outstanding customer service reinforced my opinion that BMW of Westlake is an outstanding BMW dealership. Although I live out-of-state, I would gladly fly-in and purchase again from BMW of Westlake when it’s time to replace my current one! More

The Westlake service manager took the time to drive with me for the vibration I was having in my X3. When the problem became difficult to diagnose, they were able to get advice from BMW that cured the probl me for the vibration I was having in my X3.
