Hello. We apologize for your experience. We only charged $145.88 plus tax and shop fees for a total of $173.31. Transmission at 22,284 miles was found faulty. We ran faults and test plans and the technician smelled the fluid. If you'd like to discuss this further, please call the service manager at 440-845-9333.

We sent an estimate with documents the fees and we spoke also about charges which did not include shop fees or tax. We have a posted sign with the mandatory fees we must charge that is a standard fee at all car dealerships. Again. 40.00 wiring kit. 260 in labor. More than enough to cover extra items you can’t code such as rags which was the only example the office could provide. Disappointing. When you call with the amount due include everything.
