Right car, wrong Dealership I'll first recognize that my situation is a bit different than the normal car buying experience. I live in one state, buying the car in another, and I'll first recognize that my situation is a bit different than the normal car buying experience. I live in one state, buying the car in another, and titling it in a third state. So, off the bat I recognize that it is a different situation. Anyway, I did end up getting the car that I was looking for at the price I was looking for. Which is the reason that I have to give them three stars. Otherwise I would have given less. First, we had to wait a week because the person they use on vacation or something. However, when she got back she says she doesn't do title's in the state that I need it titled in. Bottom line, we wasted a week after I said multiple times that I could do the title stuff myself because I knew it was going to be an issue. Second, when it came time to actually do the title stuff and financing it was as if it was the first time they had heard how I needed it to be titled. Not only that, was strongly insinuated that I was breaking some law somehow by wanting to title it in a state that I wasn't living in. Even though I've titled 10 cars the exact same way. Anyway, we finally got over that hurdle and moved on. Lastly, once all of that was worked out we are now going on a week that they haven't shipped the vehicle. Not have it on a schedule and just waiting for the day, we don't have anything as far as shipping. The best explanation I have gotten is that they haven't heard back from the shipping company yet. Not, we are waiting for them to find a driver, they are working their schedule.....nothing of the sort. Just that we haven't heard back from the shipper. This is a first that I have heard of a shipping company that hasn't gotten back with some sort of answer in almost a week. And this is a company that they supposedly use all the time. So, for those of you keeping score at home, it's going on three weeks and still no car. At this rate, I'll make a payment on the car and not even have it. I will say that my salesman has been pretty nice to deal with, but the operation seems like it can be run much more efficiently. More

Sales good, delivery of vehicle, eh. John Redden was a pleasure once again to deal with, however the detailing of the car was sub par.
