She respected my needs and wants as a woman and as a potential customer. She did an amazing job of asking the right questions. Nate is another conscientious member of your sales team. Nate spent two hours with me going over all the features of my new car. After two weeks Nate came to my home to discuss my concerns on some of the car features that I did not fully understand. Overall this was a very satisfying car buying experience. I feel that I am now a valued member of the BMW family. They treated me with so much care and respect. Going Beyond The Normal Call For Service Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburb Two weeks ago my alternator went bad on my 2012 Honda Accord, leaving my car without power. I managed to exit the highway (Rt 90) onto a safer suburban street, but was completely stranded a day before leaving for vacation. The closest dealership was BMW of Westlake, so I called for a tow to their service department. Even though it was after 5pm I was able to reach General Manager, Adam Moon. He immediately arranged to have my car picked up - the tow truck arrived in 15 minutes. I left for vacation the next day, but while I was gone Adam and his service staff procured the part, repaired the vehicle and had it delivered to my home in Avon, so that it was completely ready when I returned. There could not have been a more convenient outcome. I truly appreciate the commitment to helping me in a tough situation - especially in light of having to service a car that they don't typically see.
