Excellent Sales Person I had a very good experience with the dealer. I spoke to Alicia Taylor over the phone in advance about the exact deal I had from two other BMW dealers I had a very good experience with the dealer. I spoke to Alicia Taylor over the phone in advance about the exact deal I had from two other BMW dealerships one in Akron Dave Walter BMW and the other BMW Dealership in Solon. I indicated I did not want to waste time when I came into the dealer as I lived about 50 miles away. When I arrived she had the car we had discussed waiting for me to test drive. car was pulled up to the front and ready to go. I indicated before I drove it that I was not crazy about the color and she asked what color I would want. When I returned and again indicated I liked the vehicle but just not the color. she advised me she had already located me the color I told her I wanted with the options I wanted. we settled on price as they beat the deals I had from the other two dealers by a few hundred dollars. I bought the new car without seeing the vehicle in person as it was at a different location. I wanted the paperwork done before I left so that when I came back in the morning I could pretty much just go. when I arrived the following day car was waiting for me all clean and dry.. it was raining outside. I looked over the car and drove it and loved it. I was gone within a little over an hour after they explained all the features to me. my overall experience again was excellent. Sales person Alicia was outstanding several times over the two days offered me refreshments as I waited was very attentive to my needs. she was very customer focused and what if anything she could do for me. I would strongly recommend this dealership in the future. I also would note that Dave Walter BMW dealership in Akron was excellent as well with trying to earn my business. I had two BMW the one X5 is the one I traded in and a 650I convertible that I always get serviced at Dave Walters and again no problems good experiences. However, I cant say the same for the BMW Dealership in Solon, Ohio. The salesmen was dishonest and was charging me sales tax on the entire price of the vehicle when I was just leasing the car. He tried to tell me that the other dealership were lying and not being honest with me. I would never go back to that dealership based on my experience with this salesmen. His name was Jon Liegelbach. I would appreciate it if my experience with the Solon BMW be shared with the sales manager so that this could be addressed and does not happen to another customer. Thanks More

We were able to work out many of the potential details before hand, minimizing the time required for completing things that day. The trade in process was very smooth and the final deal was very fair. I think all parties left feeling satisfied. A few issues popped up with the vehicle afterward and Q was there to support and help me through the process. Things worked out great. Although we did discover a recall item on the vehicle, Q knew just how to handle the situation and got it taken care of.
