When I finally decided to test drive, she made sure the vehicle was ready to go as it was a very cold day. When I finally selected the vehicle she actually helped along with Mike to secure better financing terms through BMW than what I had with my credit union. On the date of purchase, Putrri made sure that all paperwork was ready to go as not to delay my purchase experience. As a special touch, she provided my son with his first BMW teddy bear as a gift. In addition, she has continued to follow-up after my purchase to ensure that I am satisfied and to answer any questions. Brittany ordered the tires for me, and arranged for a loaner while they were waiting for them. Took an extra day, in which I had to drive around in a BMW 340. Boo-hoo.
