I would never go there for any repair. I paid for an alignment and after 1000 miles my tire was destroyed....went back and asked to talk to the manager and after looking over their notes, t I paid for an alignment and after 1000 miles my tire was destroyed....went back and asked to talk to the manager and after looking over their notes, the alignment couldn't be completed due to some parts that were not OEM. I wish they would have told me before they charged 160 for the half alignment they did. This is not the first time when I am getting burned at this stealership. They are Ganley BMW with a different name.....UNFORTUNATELY!!!!!! In the end after going back, I received the other half of alignment and a new tire. When I looked the tire was 6 year old...... More

My salesman, Huy was the best ! I had been looking around at various year Vw beetles , 5 speed. I had test driven them at other dealerships & sales lots. While I wasn't initially sure I'd go for the newer model,I had sent an email to the dealership with questions about the vehicle . I received a very quick response answering all my questions from Huy. About a week had passed, I hadn't really decided if I was going to test drive the newer model ( the one this BMW dealership had) although I really liked the vehicle; I got a phone call from Huy following up if I needed any more information regarding the vehicle . He encouraged me to stop at the dealership for a test drive, with no pressure . I did just that , he was very personable & truly helpful . I did purchase the car , the whole sales process and help from Huy made the deal happen . He is a great salesman , who feels like a truly helpful friend .
