To begin with, Putrii Padbatan, has a nondiscriminatory passion to serve her customer, me. She is customer focused at all junctures. She listens and responds to meet the varied needs of her clients but never compromises the vision and values of BMW. Skillfully, she realized that we had high standards and helped us to design and select the vehicle of our choice. Although the process took more time than anticipated, she worked diligently with management to have our expectations met. At best, I would have to say, this was the "GREATEST" experience ever in buying a car from start to finish. As we sat down with finance, Mike Niedzwiecki, walked us through a process with a calm and assuring demeanor. As we drove away from the dealership, in our 2018 BMW 328d xdrive, I said to my wife, "By far, this has been the best experience ever." If they made trucks, I would buy a truck too.
