Satisfied for a first timer !! It was my first BMW. But John made it pretty easy for me. He showed me all the options which could fit in my choice and helped me to make my decision. Initially, the conversation was not that good, but later on it was really good. I had one small issue with my lease agreement, the model number of my car was not listed correct. But, that was corrected next day when i pointed that out. Overall, i was satisfied with my buying experience. I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Good Job John. More

First Class Service from Start to Finish I worked with Putrri Padbatan as my Sales Assistant. Putrri was very informative throughout the process of purchasing my first BMW. She consistently sent me text messages, which I prefer, about specials and promos in the make and model vehicle I was interested. When I finally decided to test drive, she made sure the vehicle was ready to go as it was a very cold day. When I finally selected the vehicle she actually helped along with Mike to secure better financing terms through BMW than what I had with my credit union. On the date of purchase, Putrri made sure that all paperwork was ready to go as not to delay my purchase experience. As a special touch, she provided my son with his first BMW teddy bear as a gift. In addition, she has continued to follow-up after my purchase to ensure that I am satisfied and to answer any questions. I am proud to say that my first BMW purchase was seamless and less stressful because of Putrri and Mike's assistance. More
