I started car shopping on the 10th of January. As I was searching I found Ganley BMW on Autotrader.com with an amazing deal on a brand new 2012 328i that met my check list to the T. I called on the 15th of January to descuss the car and my car for trade. They gave me a very good price for trade in, no hassle at all once I arrived on the 19th of January and the deal was settled that day. Overall they were very quick with getting the process started and finished, very profesional, friendly, and much more helpful then any other dealer I've ever dealed with in the past when it came to getting know they new car I was purchasing. There is no doubt in my mind that they (Ganley BMW) will be my first call when it comes to trading up again. More
This is our first BMW and after the wonderful service I am sure it will not be our last BMW. Jay had a very pleasant and friendly personality. He also was very knowlegeable of the car we purchased. He explained the car to us in an easy and systematic way. He reassured us that if we have any further questions to stop by or just give him a call. I thought this was so thoughtful when we were suppose to pick up our car...the weather turn very bad with snow and several accidents in the area Jay called to see if we wanted to reschedule and if we were troubled by the weather. This was going above and beyond in my book after meeting Jay only once when we purchased the car. Since we purchased this car in January Jay had the car already in the showroom so he could explain everything inside instead of outside in the cold.It was fun for us to learn all the new gadgets and Jay was very patient with us.Mike Hall did all our financial paper work. He was also very pleasant and knowlegeable about the ownership of our new BMW. We even shared a few laughs which made it also a very pleasant experience. There was no problem with dealing with a price. This is what is was and we didn't feel like we were taken advantage of and that is a great feeling!All in all we were extremely satisfied and are now enjoying our purchase!! It's been a little over a year since I purchased an M3 E92 Coupe from Robert Strecker at Ganley BMW. I picked up the phone and spoke with Robert, who gave me the exact history of the vehicle and assured me of its pristine condition. A short negotiation put me where I needed to be. I flew into Ohio from Nashville, TN and was promptly scooped up in a fully-loaded 7 series. Quite the shuttle vehicle. Robert knew I was in a hurry so he had the vehicle ready to go as soon as I arrived in freshly detailed condition sans dealer badges as requested. The whole process was seamless and Mr. Strecker was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for your in-town and out-of-town BMW needs. Cheers Sean More
I was searching for a new Cadillac CTS or BMW 3 series and visited several dealers. My experience at those other dealers was not that great as they were very pushy to upsell to a more expensive car and qu and visited several dealers. My experience at those other dealers was not that great as they were very pushy to upsell to a more expensive car and quickly close a deal without lettig me get to know the car and its features/options. I stopped at Ganley BMW and was pleasantly surprised by the way they do business. It is a much more relaxed environment were I could take my time to learn about the car and the features offered (without being pressurd to buy the first car that I drove), which resulted in leasing a 3 series with the options my wife and I actually wanted. Dirk and Frank clearly spelled out the lease terms and costs without any hidden fees. They actually made the car buying experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Ganley dealership for your next BMW. More
