Nor did his brother, Frank, although I had less interaction with him, but he did provide much needed information on a day that Dirk was not working. I appreciate their candor, and don't feel they were just trying to make a sale. They were completely understanding of my financial position, and made everything work to my liking. I have appreciated the follow-up as well as the initial meeting and ongoing transactions. Unlike so many other dealers, this was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Jerry Mancini came right out and we walked the lot and he took the time to figure out what I was looking for. There were two different options I was looking at and Jerry was right there with me during both test drives to help explain all the features the cars were equipped with. Jerry even had the decency to grab an umbrella for me because it was raining. Fred gave me a great deal and all in all I was so impressed by how honest and persistent Larry was. He was a great listener and made sure I was happy when I left. I will buy again from this dealership.
