As a first time car buyer, I was a little unsure of the whole process and also whether I wanted to go used or new. Being a Saturday, the dealership was somewhat busy, however Brooks Rorapaugh offered me a whole process and also whether I wanted to go used or new. Being a Saturday, the dealership was somewhat busy, however Brooks Rorapaugh offered me a courteous, professional greeting and was immediately interested to help me along in my car buying experience. After a test drive, we explored lease options where Brooks had several suggestions and advice on purchasing a car, while looking out for my best interests. I later did a build on a 550iX and even contacted a couple other dealers and definitely took my time to think about the purchase. Brooks was by far one of the most knowledgeable and professional salesmen I came across in this whole experience. He excellently followed up with me and respected my timeframe and busy schedule. In the end, I did not want to wait long enough to go with my build. However Brooks was able to help me locate an awesome Titanium Silver version with an M sport package, offer acceptable lease terms, and had it delivered at exactly the right time. More

I found my new vehicle online its was 63 miles of a drive from home to the dealership. It was a joy to deal with these folks. The day I picked up the car the delivery process took longer then I had anticipated, and there was the obligatory "upsell" by finance guy Mike with the additional opt up the car the delivery process took longer then I had anticipated, and there was the obligatory "upsell" by finance guy Mike with the additional optional services to contend with, but that was to be expected. Much of the lengthy delivery process was to acquaint me with the laundry list of features and options the car included. These were instructions which I was happy to receive. I knew what I wanted, and these guys delivered. I couldn't be happier if I was twins! More

Our test drive of the X3 with John was helpful in making my decision and knowing that the X3 was a safe vehicle. The purchasing process went smoothly and car was delivered within the time period expected/promised. Robert gave us very good advice on ordering the X3 2013 model vs. purchasing an existing 2012 model. Overall, my experience with Ganley was positive and exceeded my expectations.
