Verbally diagnosed the 2 issues I needed done Being a car fixer for 30 yrs they took care of me with computer stuff and problems only dealer can do right etc.. Matthew guided me through process nicely and i was very thankful he did cause I just bought 20yr BMW z4 and had to deal with expensive but needed repairs etc Car runs better than ever and a big round of applause from a German driveway hobby mechanic...lol I've already referred service to this dealership because they helped me with my Z3 and I buy all my parts there too etc... I have had a great experience with the service department. My only complaint is more loaner cars available. My car wasn't working and they had no loaners and I had to lag for a rental. department. Fine experience but just average. I have a key fob acting up that BMW requires verification before replacing. I understand but that makes the service average.
