Service a bit expensive for an old car like mine, our alternative family car, low mileage, due to surcharge fee. Staff gave my husband a ride home as a courtesy after car drop off. I like the convenience of their loaner car if available, just need to be scheduled as it is not readily availability. And their location is close to where we live, was able to bring my car there slowly & cautiously with a flat tire. More
