BMW does not get their recognition just by the name. It’s by all the employees from the sales department the accounting department and the service department are the ones that make up BMW.. an example o It’s by all the employees from the sales department the accounting department and the service department are the ones that make up BMW.. an example of this is Brittany in the service department. What a friendly, thorough, and an amazing person. Totally professional. Because of her, I visit this location. And I will not go to any other location. Thank you guys very much. We love you all. More

I showed another mechanic the video and he said my timing chain is not loose at all. They also offered me a quote but no breakdown of labor and parts. I had to ask them. I believe I was overcharged to see why the engine light was on . There are no parts for the recall on my vehicle no advice given on what part it is or if the vehicle is safe to drive. I’ve always taken my BMW to BMW of Westlake. They have exceptional customer service and it takes no time to do my service and oil change.
