I have been disappointed at every step with this dealership. They sold me a car with a damaged windshield and would not replace it. Made me come in twice for a separate recall that still has not b dealership. They sold me a car with a damaged windshield and would not replace it. Also, they gave me a ridiculous quote for changing out the damaged windshield. Can’t see doing business with them or Honda again. More

Basney Honda was ready when I arrived for the Friday 8:30 am appointment. Austin welcomed me and was ready for my 2012 CRV. The waiting room was comfortable.
