Service rep never called me to give me status of vehicle told me it would take up to 1-3 days. I stopped by after work and saw them drive car back into the garage. I had to miss 2 hours of work the next d told me it would take up to 1-3 days. I stopped by after work and saw them drive car back into the garage. I inquired about a used Jeep Grand Cherokee listed on your website and scheduled an appointment to see it. Leading up to the appointment, I received multiple confirmation texts, which gave me confidence your website and scheduled an appointment to see it. Leading up to the appointment, I received multiple confirmation texts, which gave me confidence that the vehicle would be available when I arrived. When I got to the dealership, I was told the vehicle had to be driven over from another lot. We decided to wait and browse. About 20 minutes later, someone approached us asking if we wanted to start the paperwork. We explained that we had not even seen the vehicle yet. We were then told it was taking longer than expected due to traffic. We chose to return the following day. Again, the salesperson contacted us twice to confirm our appointment. However, upon arrival, we were told the vehicle had accidentally been returned to the lot. At that point, it became clear there was a lack of organization, transparency, and consideration for our time. Posting vehicles that are not readily available feels misleading and unacceptable. While the salesperson was pleasant, he had been there only 1 year, the overall experience reflects poor management and processes that do not set employees—or customers—up for success. Not every customer who walks in is there to purchase a brand-new vehicle, but every customer deserves dignity, respect, and honesty. Every dollar is green. More
