I was in a situation where I needed a mechanic to save me. Jay at Bayside Chrysler did just that. It was 4:40pm, 15 degrees outside, snow everywhere on the streets. I live 75 miles away upstate and needed me. Jay at Bayside Chrysler did just that. It was 4:40pm, 15 degrees outside, snow everywhere on the streets. I live 75 miles away upstate and needed to get home. My 2015 Dodge Durango was stuck in AWD LOW, was bolting, whining and possibly unsafe to drive. Jay was busy, but stopped to hear my story and said “OK pull it around and I’ll come out and help you”. OMG music to my ears. We got in the car together, drove two blocks and in 5 minutes he fixed it. He was competent, smart, respectful, and explained every step of what he did and why.
