I had to wait over 3hrs for an oil change, they didn’t tighten the access panel underneath causing it to fall open and drag while I was driving. Mentioned to the staff at the service desk the there’s an tighten the access panel underneath causing it to fall open and drag while I was driving. Mentioned to the staff at the service desk the there’s an extra noise when the Jeep stops, I don’t think they checked for it, the noise is now getting worse. I also explained to a female at the desk the app stopped working she just mentioned that it’s not a great app, offering no solutions. I enjoyed using the app, but suddenly it doesn’t connect to the Jeep anymore More
