Ross helped me out when I needed it most. My 2020 Pacifica was flood damaged due to a storm. He was able to get me into a 2021 Hybrid Pacifica and my family and I were happy with the vehicle, service Pacifica was flood damaged due to a storm. We have been leasing with Bayside for 9 years with Al, the owner. Never a problem. Al treats us like family. Sal, the general sales manager is extremely courteous and greets all customers and is an ass the owner. Never a problem. Al treats us like family. There is no run around, no false information provided, no "bait and switch." Jamaine Alphano, our sales person is thorough, detailed, patient and professional and is also an asset to Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge. If we could, we would give 10 stars to this dealership.
