An apt 17 days in advance for a new front windshield. Upon pickup I was asked to make another apt to have the window installed. I asked why no one told me it was a two step process. I asked why I couldn’t have stopped in to pay for it so I could have this taken care of in one shot. I asked if this made sense to my service guy. The only response I was given was that “I didn’t take the original call”. I can’t believe that this is standard procedure. Over two weeks to get an apt only to be told that the windshield wasn’t their? Does this make sense at all? I had it done elsewhere and am so disappointed in the way it was handled, or actually not handled, that I wouldn’t take a chance 0n using your service dept again. More
