I’ve been apart of the Bayside family for years. I I’ve been apart of the Bayside family for years. I wouldn’t trade them for no other company. Any issue I have I can call them and they will ask me, I’ve been apart of the Bayside family for years. I wouldn’t trade them for no other company. Any issue I have I can call them and they will ask me, when do I want to come in? Michael one of the owner is an AMAZING man and he treats his customers like family. I remembered after I transitioned over to Jeep I was crying and Michael came and spoke to me. I was crying historically and he held my hands and said I shouldn't cry. I explained my situation and he said I shouldn't worry “we will figure something out”. They sure did figure something out for me and I drove off the log with my brand new 2018 Grand Cherokee. Bob Kennedy and Tom are the service managers who work diligently with their team to make sure that the service on my Jeep goes smoothly. OMG 😱 how can I forget about Shawn, he is always outside in the rain and snow to move up the cars in line waiting to be serviced. Whether you're looking for Dodge, Jeep, or Ram, Bayside is the place to go. If I'm being honest, I'm not an easy customer to please, but no matter how frustrated I get they always calm me down. Thank you guys for the work you all do every day. More
