Im disappointed. I did my oil change in June and by July I was getting pop up msg for oil change again. I had to pay this time because my oil change contract is done. This is my third time purchasing a Jeep. I called to make an appt and the girl over the phone said to ask for Avi. I prayed before I walked in and was greeted by an honest looking salesman. I’ll just deal with this guy... he said hi my name is Avi. Avi was no pressure, honest about everything and explained every extra cost. I’ll definitely send all my friends and family to this dealership just because of him. I didn’t wait all day either. Avi went above and beyond in a smooth no nonsense way. He also hooked me up with the best finance guy I have ever met in life, Sean. Sean was thorough, efficient, funny and patient. I really appreciated how he worked with me and wasn’t bothered by my two year old son. Seriously the best experience buying a car. I have been to other New York Chrysler, dodge, Jeep dealerships and this was definitely the best hands down. I’ll continue to go to them for service. Avi deserves salesman of the year. Y’all are trash. Left me with the gas line half way out and it spilled everywhere. Had it been my sister and not me who knows a little about cars, yall woulda had her sitting there waiti for a tow truck li and it spilled everywhere.
