Not communication at all, once you drop you car for service, there's no follow up. I had been waiting on hold by phone for about 30 minutes. I decided go to find out about my car status and my car was service, there's no follow up. I had been waiting on hold by phone for about 30 minutes. I decided go to find out about my car status and my car was ready. They supposed to call me and they didn't. By the way my car is a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland, I just had it for 7 months and they already changed the front control arms, they were bented, they changed also the windshield fluid pump a few weeks ago. So I love Jeep but now am disappointed about the service and the issues that happened to my vehicle. customer service must perform some improvement to deserve a 5 star review. I'm just saying. More
