Happy/unhappy The reason I have to give it 1 star was the Facility was great I was greeted as soon as I approach the service entrance was sent inside was also greet The reason I have to give it 1 star was the Facility was great I was greeted as soon as I approach the service entrance was sent inside was also greeted told the agent what I was here for told me to have a seat I did had a free cup of coffee which was great nice and clean. When my car was finished I was called and got an invoice at 6:17pm was told my car is coming out. Outside waiting for my car a hear a guy say just jump in and two workers jumped in and left. I saw my car drive across northern Blvd on 211 st. I got my car back at 6:26 pm. I called the two days after and the reason was the two guys was going for other customers cars which was not true. The guy said just take them to there cars. That’s why I have to give one star and if I have to service my car from a different dodge dealer I will. I also tell people about Shawn Browne that help me get the car how awesome he was and recommended my family to dodge on bayside. Going forward I will service my car at a different location even if it’s 50 mins away More
