He personally went to the Bronx to locate and pick up the exact color and style Jeep I wanted and did so within 2 days of making a deal with him. Excellent experience definitely will be coming back. Sean took his time explaining the payment system and actually saved me some money on my bill too. He knew what his job was and how to do it and did so extremely well. More

Bad experience, but resolved The service I was originally provided by the reps was satisfactory; but everything that followed was much less than that. First, I was told that I co The service I was originally provided by the reps was satisfactory; but everything that followed was much less than that. First, I was told that I could pick my car up on a Saturday, and this timeframe was extended an extra 4 days, due to a delivery mishap I was told, (which I later found to be a lie). When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, I was a circle mark on my bumper, drawn in with chalk. When I asked the rep why that was, he said they just wanted to clean the car more. Upon further investigation, I could see that the bumper was hit and they were merely trying to clean up the inside the before I would have ever picked up the car. When I told the rep that clearly is what was happening, he said, “well these things happen”, as if that was ok. Not to mention they tried to pull a fast one over on me. The rep originally told me I would be compensated, which never happened. If that were it, I would’ve simply not written a review. 2 days after I got the car, it simply would not start. When I spoke to the dealership, they told me that I would need to get it towed so they can look at it. TOWED after 2 DAYS of use. When I looked online, I found this was a common issue. They also said that I would have to pay for a loaner out of pocket, and later be reimbursed... Edit: tow company came to fix the car by re-activating the key, (something I did ask the service manager about on our call, which I was told the car needed to be brought in to be looked at). Car is running now, but I’m still hesitant. More
Unethical business practices and Rude I walked in and bought a used Jeep for my dad and paid cash. I got a final price and they later add on a $1000 BS insurance that can't be removed. They said it's "free" but it's $1000 extra on my invoice and I can't remove it. It's basically covering $2500 if the car is lost within 3 years that cost me $1000. Total Rip-off. The closing lady literally said they don't make money cause I paid cash instead of financing so I need to pay for it. One could imagine how much they rip you off if you finance over there. These people still brag on Facebook about how they care about the community and donate $100 here and there. I left my review everywhere and filed complaints to the Attorney General. More

The manageme Looking for a Jeep Wrangler for my family, I set out one Sunday morning and visited East Hills Jeep, Westbury Jeep, and Garden City Jeep. The management at East Hills were rude to me because I did not buy from them under their terms at the moment of my visit. At Westbury Jeep they claim to be the number one Jeep dealer in the area by volume, but did not have nor could they get me the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for. I made the last stop of the day at Bayside. I walked through the door and was warmly greeted by Michael C. who listened to all my earlier experiences at the other dealers. He introduced me to Tyler C. and together worked out a very fair price for me for what I wanted. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Simply put, if you are in the market for a Dodge, Jeep or Ram, don’t waste your time at the other dealers and go directly to Bayside. You will be very happy that you did. - Rob B. More

He a had a smile on his face through out the process which I think is amazing for a sales person who works long hours and still maintains his energy and provides great customer service.
