overall everyone was pleasant but i am more upset and frustrated with how the service department operates. It was frustrating to hear i had no appointment when i in fact called to schedule and confirmed frustrated with how the service department operates. I also tried to explain that my car needs to be checked out as it gets flooded during the rain to which i was told i would need to drop the car off for two weeks to wait for them to inspect this. This is not feasible as I cannot be without my car for two weeks. Furthermore, my tire pressure light is still on. This is the second time i brought this car in and yet i leave once again with my tire pressure light on. More
