Absolutely deplorable experience. . Bought a brand new car from this dealership and immediately had transmission issues.. I bring it in with a promise of 2-3 days for pick up.. the ent . Bought a brand new car from this dealership and immediately had transmission issues.. I bring it in with a promise of 2-3 days for pick up.. the entire week goes by without 1 single update.. I called in i'm told no info because advisor is not there, the mechanic is on vacation, the part needs to be ordered, the part is in but not the mechanic, literally a different story every single call.. My car was being driven and parked on the street BLOCKS away from the dealership throughout this duration.. only to finally receive my car bck after having not having it for over a week with the hood of my car damaged.. When im saying something had to be done Eric rudely told me theres nothing that couldnt be done and I need to calm down and wait TWO DAYS for the advisor to return bck to work to address the issue.. Absolutely unacceptable! As I brought a brand new car the aS purchased the week prior with ZERO damage and got bck a damaged car that STILL does not work and Eric xxx to kiss who wouldn't even address my damage issue.. I can to get the manager of sales (Lance) to get someone (Ed) from the service depart who was willing to address apologize and assist me.. More
