Fustrating My second experience with this service center, still leaves me expecting better. I was told the operation started at 6 AM. I was second on line at 5:45 AM and we waited till 6:27 to be written up for the FIRST OIL CHANGE. & a recall that required a computer update. I did not receive car back till 8:00 AM. Your staff needs to have operation ready to RECEIVE CARS WHEN YOU OPEN AT 6:00 AM, you should not be having YOUR CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR THEM TO MOVE CARS., panel trucks in & out. You need to respect the time of your customers, if you say 6 AM then they (the staff) have to be in at 5:30 and be ready to write up work orders at 6:00 AM. More
