Originally the staff was helpful but when I called to get an update on my car the woman that answered the phone was not helpful at all. She said she couldn’t tell me any updates or when my car would be ready an update on my car the woman that answered the phone was not helpful at all. She said she couldn’t tell me any updates or when my car would be ready. She insisted it would take 24-48 hours to get an update or my car back even though I was told I was getting my car back the same day. When I called back later I was told promptly that my car was ready. I hope the dealer takes this employee off the phone. Every time I talked to this person in the past they had no information and kept saying the repair takes 25-48 hours even when I knew the repair only took 15 minutes to do. More
