My truck was at this service department for almost 6 weeks. It was also the 2nd time I took it there for the same issue. There was a clicking/ ticking noise coming from the front when making turns. I dropped it off on Monday 6/16/25 the second time. I was told it was checked and its still drivable and that it was a wheel bearing and I would have an update that Friday. When I brought it there initially in April I was told it was a wheel alignment and I paid out of pocket because my extended warranty did not cover it. Friday then came and went and I received no update, when I called on Monday I had to leave a message but I got no call back. I then left multiple messages throughout the week and the following week trying to reach the rep and the supervisor and finally received a text the following week that my truck needed another part for the axel and that it needed to be ordered. I then received no update in regards to this part. I called the parts dept and they had no idea if my part was ordered or delivered. I was then put on hold for an hour and told “ they are looking for your part”. This went on for over 5 weeks. I finally received another text a week later that my truck was ready however when I went to pick it up the valet told me it was parked in the street 3 blocks away. I’m not sure how long it was parked there because my truck had a supermarket circular melted on the windshield from the heat, which still left a stain on my glass until this day. My truck also makes the sane clicking noise when making turns so I’m not sure if they fixed anything. I also never was offered a loner or a rental discount for my inconvenience. I had no choice but to call corporate to report this and make a claim. I hope this helps some people if you plan on going to this service dept for repairs but I know that companies especially in the service industry pay some tech dept to remove bad reviews. This is my 8th mopar vehicle purchased and my 3rd purchase at this dealership. I never had issues like this. The salesman and managers that I have had prior to this were all great and the finance managers have all been great but I was not aware the service dept was like this. It should be only basic communication and courtesy for a customer. My salesman even reached out to me more in regards to the status of the truck and was nice enough to look into it for me. More
