Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge - Service Center

I’ve had the same issue with my truck for over a year. It has been to the service center three times for a ticking noise. After having it for over a month, parts were supposedly replaced. The day after I picked it up, I noticed the same noises coming from my vehicle. I brought it back and after almost a week I was told they could not figure out where the sound was coming from but then I was told it’s supposed to sound that way. No concern has been addressed to me, however, when my vehicle was brought to somewhere else for checkup, my brake pad was only left with medal, but this was never brought to my attention while doing maintenance at your site. Also, oil changes were also done by your site, and it was never a problem of the hook of the front, until this time. It wasn't a problem on the other site either. VERY DISAPPOINTED! More

My car was taken in and given back to me within an hour. Reps at the desk were friendly and courteous. However the one Coffee machine for the whole facility was not working which was disappointing.
