So this was my second time here for service to change So this was my second time here for service to change the oil and the rear tire on the passenger side Jay helped with that no problem there but I d So this was my second time here for service to change the oil and the rear tire on the passenger side Jay helped with that no problem there but I did go away with the screw in my front tire which I had to fix also turns out the boot on the CV joint had a puncture , again I’ll say Jay help me out with that. I appreciate that the scratching of the rim when you change the tire you can also see it happen there. One other thing information telephone number spelling of last name these things need to be corrected Jay took care of that I would like to see the reference telephone number eliminated and with that said I like Jeep this is my first time Leasing one and I hope to continue in the future with your dealership so I thank you for your consideration and I’ll be back again When service is due thank you More

I have always felt like the service representatives speak w women in a demeaning manner. They've made multiple errors over the years: charged me incorrectly, had me wait for my vehicle for 3 hours in the nei w women in a demeaning manner. I recently visited Jeep Bayside and Bryan took care of me. He is my go to guy. He's very polite and very helpful. I came with my car with a problem and it wasn't resolved the 1st visit. He got me in the me. He is my go to guy. He's very polite and very helpful. I came with my car with a problem and it wasn't resolved the 1st visit.
