The service at this dealership is top notch. I came in the afternoon and they were still willing to service my vehicle. Had an appointment scheduled for 12pm. I was not on the list that they have outside where you drop off your car. I was told to go inside. When inside I was told to go back outside to get a ticket. Then list that they have outside where you drop off your car. I was told to go inside. When inside I was told to go back outside to get a ticket. Then I was told to go back inside again and then outside one more time. I had a text from Bayside to prove that I had an appointment. If that wasn't annoying enough the service of an oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours. Also, oil hand prints were on the front top of the grille and a rim was scratched from I assume the air gun when taking off the lugs. I was given the sheet to sign that there were no scratches at dropp-off not pick-up which seems backwards. More
