Disappointed. Holding off review untill problem is fixed, have to bring jeep back after paying a lot to fix...which it wasn't. A tire had dropped nearly ten pounds in a few days. I thought it might be a nail in the tire. Service told me to come right in without an appointment. (This was the night if the crazy cold weather.) I showed up after 7pm. Bayside Jeep’s amazing hours are seriously the best. The checked the tire, found nothing wrong, refilled it, and returned my Jeep in an hour...all without charge. They even offered to change the tire with my replacement tire, but they said it was unnecessary. They were right. I am very happy. More

Recall fixes I had to have two recalls serviced. They were able to schedule me with no problems. They kept me posted through the fix process and let me know when I I had to have two recalls serviced.
