About a week later we went back in to see if what we were looking for had become available (certified pre owned Golf 4door). It had not. At that point, we were introduced to Leo, who does the buying for the dealership. He went out of his way to search out exactly what we wanted and get it on site. The negotiation process, trade-in and actual purchase and pick up was easy and fairly quick. In the past we've been trapped in a dealership for half a day! The sales person by the name of Mr.Leo Ohayon, in Baysde VW office, helped me to select the model of 2-dr Glof, which fits perfectly what I have been looking for. This car is extremely smooth with cmfortable driving. After acquiring the car, I have gone back to see Mr. Ohayon many times and he has instructed me and explained to me patiently all the differences between the old and new cars.
