I drove over a curb. Toyota service checked the entire front end, did an alignment and changed a tire. They missed a serious problem -- the engine mounts were damaged a Toyota service checked the entire front end, did an alignment and changed a tire. They missed a serious problem -- the engine mounts were damaged and needed replacement. The entire engine was shifting while I was driving. They never drove my vehicle. If they would have drove the vehicle, they would have clearly heard the engine shifting. This is gross negligence. More
