Came in for service and left with new Avalon. We had been unhappy with our 2018 Rave 4 from the time of our lease. I suppose because we had owned a Avalon Limited before, and we were told not to We had been unhappy with our 2018 Rave 4 from the time of our lease. I suppose because we had owned a Avalon Limited before, and we were told not to expect the same smooth ride but that when we took it to Florida, the ride would be better because of better roads. The roads may be better but the ride still did not measure up. Therefore, we are now leasing a new Avalon and so far, very pleased. More
