I've been buying cars from this dealership since 2004. I've had good and not so good experiences. My last purchase in Dec 2023 was the worst. Fast forward to this week when Dave contacted me and I told h I've had good and not so good experiences. My last purchase in Dec 2023 was the worst. Fast forward to this week when Dave contacted me and I told him about my Dec experience and in the matter of a couple days, a few times telling them I would just take my business elsewhere, and 3 hrs at the dealership, I walked out with a new car and all issues from the Dec purchase were resolved. Landon promised that my issues would be solved, and he did everything he promised. I would definitely do business with him again and I'm glad Dave reached out to get the problems solved. More
Made an appointment for an oil change at 9:00 am 10/4/24 and arrived 15 minutes early. Was then told it would be an hour and a half. I almost left. The service guy pointed to the yellow light which told and arrived 15 minutes early. Was then told it would be an hour and a half. I almost left. The service guy pointed to the yellow light which told him it would take an hour and a half. I don't give a xxxx about the yellow light. A 9 am appointment means 9 am. my car specs call for 4.5 quarts of oil, but I was charged for 5. How much oil was put in my car? If it was indeed 4.5 then I was over charged by 3.18. I was also charged 1.50 for DOC FEE PRIVACY. Is this to protect my information in your computers? If so, when your system gets hacked will you be refunding this money to everyone who paid it? I would much rather see a bottom line price for an oil change instead of this nickel and dime baloney like an additional 3% for paying the bill with a credit card. Young man Brian Cavey who took care of my car was outstanding. He got the oil changed and me out of there within 35 minutes. That's the way it should be. More

These guys were awesome! I’ve had a Camry in the past and was thinking of buying a new one. The cars were beautiful inside and out and I chose a gorgeous 2025 Camry. My only issue so far was the interest rate. After questioning the rate, and checking my excellent credit score, the car is being financed at 5.99 percent. A couple days ago, I saw a Toyota commercial that advertised 3.99 percent, so not real pleased about that. More
