I came in with a simple SCHEDULED appointment for an oil change. It took over 90 minutes. An older couple in front of me had an older Rav 4 and was in for same thing and they were out in under 60 minutes. I change. It took over 90 minutes. I am guessing a birthday celebration I heard that was going on service bay took priority over me. In addition, as I started driving off the lot, the maintenance light was still on so I had to turn around and let you all turn that off and it should have been done at service time. Then to top it off the service person gives me the sheet and doesn’t go over any recommended services or whether or not there were any issues during vehicle inspection. I don’t plan to return to Beaver Toyota for service or anything due to this More
